The Center for Behavior Change

Hello—

Thanks for checking out what we’re all about! I am Nichole, a board certified behavior analyst, licensed in Wisconsin. I received an undergraduate degree from UW- Madison in 2012, a masters degree from Capella University in 2019 and am currently working towards a Ph.D. at Endicott College. While earning my undergraduate degree, I began working with individuals with Autism providing ABA therapy— I quickly learned I had found what I am meant to do!

Although I’ve spent much of my career supervising intensive ABA services, I am excited to bring that expertise into a more flexible, family-centered model. Our services are collaborative— partnering with caregivers and building practical strategies that fit into everyday routines. Families can feel confident knowing that support is coming directly from a BCBA. By providing direct services clients receive a level of quality and individualized attention that goes beyond the traditional ABA service staffing models. This approach provides consistency and quality care, without the layers of turnover or staff training.

I am a dynamic clinician with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, from early learners to adults. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual that I work with and their family. I am passionate about the science of behavior and using research to guide my practice. As a doctoral student and beyond, I am also excited to contribute to the field’s growing body of knowledge.

Outside of work and school I can usually be found with my pup, Buddy, enjoying various hobbies. We spend much of our time outdoors, no matter the season! I’m always listening to music and try to catch live shows as much as possible. I love living in Madison and I’d have to say my favorite thing is how bikeable it is. I also like to garden, travel and life weights. I am always finding ways of incorporating the experimental analysis of behavior into my everyday life to continue on a path of personal betterment.

The vision is to grow an organization that harnesses behavioral science to drive meaningful change — for the lives of individuals, their families and to the broader community.
