The Center for Behavior Change

Hi —

Thanks for checking out what we’re all about! I’m Nichole, a board certified behavior analyst, licensed in Wisconsin. I received an undergraduate degree from UW- Madison in 2012, a masters degree from Capella University in 2019 and am currently working towards a Ph.D. at Endicott College. While earning my undergraduate degree, I started working with kids that have autism, providing ABA therapy— Learning almost immediately that I had found what I am meant to do!

I’ve spent most of my career providing intensive services, and now I am excited to bring that expertise into more flexible, family and community centered treatment model! I feel strongly that by partnering with caregivers and building functional strategies that fit into everyday routines, the impact of treatment becomes ongoing, practical, and sustainable beyond therapy sessions.

I am a dynamic clinician with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, from toddlers to adults. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual that I work with. I am passionate about the science of behavior and using research to guide my practice. As a doctoral student, I am also excited to contribute to the field’s growing body of research.

Outside of work and school, I can usually be found with my pup, Buddy, either collecting more hobbies or on some sort of adventure. We spend time outdoors year-round and love exploring Wisconsin! Madison has been my home for almost twenty years and it has been a wonderful place to grow and thrive. Some of my favorite parts about living here are how bikeable the city is and the vibrant local music scene. I am also passionate about healthy living and sustainability — as a behaviorist through-and-through I cannot help but weave the principles of behavior analysis into my daily life.

My vision is to grow an organization that harnesses behavioral science to drive meaningful change — for the lives of individuals with autism, their communities and beyond.

Here’s to continued growth— and leaving the world a little better than we found it.
